9月8日のバイナフ自由通信とチェチェンニュース Vol.06 No.17でご紹介したチェチェン親ロシア派政権宛てのメールアドレスが届かなかったというご指摘をnyさんよりいただきました。申し訳ありません。別のアドレスを見つけてきましたので、よろしければ psprav@mail.ru までメールをお送りください。最初にご紹介した info@chechnya.gov.ru では、転送先に設定されている checheninform@mail.ru がエラーになってしまうようです。確実に届けるためには、psprav@mail.ru がよいかと。

以下にアムネスティ風の簡単な抗議文を貼りつけます。
見られてるのも、恥ずかしいのも、被害者じゃなくて加害者であるお前らの方なんだよ、という文章。

Dear Prime Minister,

I am writing to express my deep concern for what is happening in Chechnya.
I strongly urge you to stop human right violations against Chechen people, including using cell phones to record videos of your security forces torturing and humiliating them immediately.
Please note that we have our eyes opened to what you have done, what you are doing, and what you are going to do. Please also note that who must feel ashamed are not the victims, but you.
